Avalon Planning & Heritage is the largest combined planning and heritage consultancy in the south west, providing bespoke and honest advice to its broad range of clients from private individuals, landowners, developers and house builders, advocating for them throughout the planning process.
Jonathan joined Avalon in November 2021, bringing with him over 12 years of planning experience – including providing strategic planning advice to the Mayor of London. He is currently driving forward a number of our complex projects across the South West with a particular focus on the Plymouth and South West Devon region.

Rhoda is an engaging, high energy property legal professional with a depth of knowledge in her specialist field.
Having joined renowned legal firm Kitsons in 2014 as a solicitor in their dispute resolution department, she specialises in claims relating to landlord and tenant matters for both commercial and residential properties, including Section 8 and Section 21 notices and proceedings and commercial property forfeiture matters. She also provides advice in relation to service charge disputes, disrepair disputes, breach of covenant, leasehold extensions and enfranchisement, adverse possession, boundary disputes, trespass and nuisance, as well as contractual disputes.
